Ernst & Young Consultant interview experience

I spent about fifteen minutes on behavioral questions, then moved into a thirty-minute case where I had to think through a systems migration.

The case asked me to make tradeoffs using data across departments—where to start the migration, what bug to tackle first based on severity and priority, and how to handle change management. It felt like the questions were designed to test both my reasoning and how I’d communicate decisions when there’s uncertainty in sequencing.
