I interviewed for an EY Consultant role in a compact format with a case focus and then a behavioral/fit check.

Case + behavioral (single virtual round) — One experience was a one-round virtual interview where I did a case study and also answered behavioral questions; it required careful prep because there were many Q&A follow-ups.
Case first, then behavioral — Another similar journey used one round only: case study first, followed by behavioral questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; the case framework and how clearly I communicated my approach didn’t translate into selection.
