My process stretched across two separate days.

The first stage was a fit interview where I got to know what they were looking for, then the second day shifted into an actual case component. The case-study work happened alongside a structured assessment environment, and I had a shorter, time-boxed evaluation of around thirty minutes using an external-style test.

It felt like they were calibrating both how I talked through my thinking and how I handled the assessment format itself. The day-long structure made it clear they weren’t just looking for answers—they were reviewing how I performed under their timing and process constraints.
