My first round involved a statement of purpose, which immediately set a more written-and-structured tone for the process.

The next step was a discussion of my CV that lasted around forty-five minutes and felt moderate, focused on understanding my background.

The final stage was tougher and took the form of a presentation on a double-blind accreditation test for medical colleges. It pushed me beyond just talking about my experience and into presenting something more formal and technical. The experience was challenging enough that I didn’t move forward to an offer.
