I was hired as a senior consultant, and the interviews were all on the same day.

I had three separate interviews, each about 30 minutes, with different seniority levels—manager, senior manager, and an executive director.

The conversations were mostly behavioral, and there was no case study. I fielded questions designed to assess how I approached situations and how I communicated, and the variety of interviewers gave it a broader sense of evaluation.

The difficulty was average overall, and the process led to an offer. The biggest thing I remember was that the process leaned heavily on behavior and interpersonal fit rather than any written case scenario.
