My process moved smoothly at first and I progressed quickly through most stages.

The pace changed after the third interview, which was with a partner—after that, things slowed down dramatically. They mentioned they expected to decide within a couple of weeks, but when that window passed, I followed up and was told the process was still ongoing.

After waiting another month of silence, I followed up again and only then received a rejection through the system. It felt unprofessional and it honestly wasted a lot of time and energy.
