My first call was with HR, and it stayed pretty simple.

I was asked to introduce myself and then we covered the usual strengths and weaknesses type questions, without getting into anything highly technical or truly behavioral.

Since it was for an internship role, it made sense that the conversation didn’t go deep. The overall vibe was easy, and I didn’t feel like I was being tested in a high-pressure way. I left thinking a full-time process would probably have more rounds and more depth, but this one was definitely geared toward basic fit.
