I experienced a classic EY-style consulting interview with quick, positive feedback, but the offer decision took longer than expected.

HR / initial screening — one interview focused on fit and early screening; feedback was described as positive and timely.
Manager interview — a further round with a manager, also reported as going well.
Senior manager interview (final) — an additional step with a senior manager; I received an informal offer, but internal approvals were slow.
Outcome: No formal offer—I was close, but timing for approvals stalled the final decision.
