I interviewed for an EY Consultant role with a clear technical emphasis, and I was filtered out after SQL/PySpark-heavy rounds.

Technical rounds — The process included two technical rounds.
SQL and PySpark focus — I was tested heavily on SQL and PySpark knowledge, and also expected to describe projects.
Coding expectations — I needed to be capable enough to write code during the technical portion.
HR round — There was an HR round at the end, after the technical screening. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; not meeting the SQL/PySpark and hands-on coding expectations was the likely blocker.
