After the initial recruiter step, the process moved into assessment territory, but the overall journey didn’t feel very efficient.

I was asked a series of questions early on and was told I’d receive an evaluation afterward. Once I completed it, I didn’t get any updates for a long time and ended up reaching out just to get silence back.

Separately, I also experienced a longer, multi-stage path that combined video and a psychometric-style component. It didn’t seem to push far beyond the early assessments, and the whole thing felt slower than it needed to be. I never received an offer from that stretch, and the combination of delays and stalled progression left a pretty flat impression.
