I interviewed for an EY Consultant role with scenario- and fit-focused questions and an overall average difficulty, but I didn’t pass the later stage.

Scenario-based round — I was asked scenario-style questions in an office-style interview.
Behavioral / CV-based follow-ups — The focus was on how my skills matched expectations, plus fit.
Case or coding element (added later) — One part of the journey also included coding questions.
Recruiter/HR tone and support — In a related experience, I felt the HR side was genuinely supportive and helped reduce stress. Outcome: I was rejected after the second round, and the mismatch between my skill set and their scenario expectations seemed to be the issue.
