My recruitment process ran in three distinct steps.

I first met with a manager, then I went into a practical case tied to the public sector with a director. The final stage was an interview with an associate, which rounded out the whole sequence.

What stood out was how each step changed the context and expectations. The structure made it feel like they were progressively getting more specific about how I’d think and communicate in different roles and settings. Even with the clear progression, I didn’t end up getting an offer.
