Ernst & Young Consultant interview experience

Medium

Positive

CanadaPosted May 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The interview felt both thorough and fast, and the interviewers came across as friendly and knowledgeable.

I got the sense that team culture mattered a lot to them, since it was referenced as something important to be part of.

After the interview, I heard back from the recruiter in about two weeks.

The difficulty was average overall, and even though I didn’t receive an offer, the process felt positive in how it was conducted. What stood out most was how quickly the process moved after the interview and how organized it felt.
