I experienced a quicker, more conversation-driven path with a recruiter coordinating scheduling and interviews, usually spanning about a week to a couple of weeks.

Recruiter screen — a phone conversation reviewing my CV/background and setting up the next step.
Hiring manager / team interaction (office or manager call) — a panel or team interview mixing behavioral questions with some technical discussion.
Second interview with leadership — another manager-level conversation that included some technical elements.
Onsite group format (coordinated by email prep) — a scheduled group interview where I was given a form to fill out and a question list, though the actual flow didn’t strictly match what I reviewed. Outcome: No offer;
