Atlanta, GAPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a manager-heavy interview path that was mostly conversational rather than coding-based, but scheduling quality varied a lot.

Round 1 (lighter manager talk) — I had a relatively easy, lighthearted discussion with managers.
Round 2 (specialist manager deep dive) — A more intense conversation followed, where they asked technical questions to gauge baseline ability even without a formal technical interview.
Round 3 (specialist manager) — I continued into another manager discussion that stayed fair and focused on fit.
Scheduling/communication variability — In a related interview experience, I dealt with reschedules and low respect for time, which made the process feel chaotic despite good
