I had a quick, two-stage conversation flow for a software engineering co-op role that leaned heavily on my resume and behavioral signals.

HR screening (15 minutes) — I started with a short HR screen.
Hiring manager + director-level partner — I then spoke with the hiring manager and a director-level interviewer; most questions were resume-based plus behavioral prompts about how I work and communicate.
Offer stage — In this account, the process ended with an offer letter after the rounds. Outcome: A resume-driven, low-iteration journey that moved quickly to an offer.
