I hit a stop-and-start cycle where I cleared an initial step, then was rejected after document sharing and repeat interviews.

Round 1 pass — I got through the first stage.
Face-to-face with project manager + HR request for documents — I met in person, and HR asked me to share all documents; the process then took a turn toward reassessment.
HR followed by another technical round — after HR, I ended up doing another technical interview specifically to reach a negative decision. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that the process could become repetitive and administratively heavy even after an early “pass.”
