Dublin, DublinPosted Jan 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a fairly structured, multi-round process that combined recruiter screening with on-site technical depth over roughly a couple of weeks to a few days.

Recruiter screen — a background-check style call where we discussed timing and moved me into the next phase.
Onsite: R&D/company intro (30 min) — a short discussion about the company and my background.
Onsite: HR interview (30 min) — standard HR competency questions and a deep dive into my CV and employment history.
Onsite: technical panel (1 hour) — OOP and practical knowledge checks across topics from my CV, plus a whiteboard algorithm implementation.
(Alternate path within the same journey) Phone screen + onsite in a couple weeks — resume/role-focused
