I had a short, video-based technical interview that felt difficult mainly because I struggled to understand the questions clearly.

Video interview (two developers) — standard interview questions plus two problem-solving questions, but the heavy accent made communication difficult; I had to ask for questions to be repeated.
Discussion of team fit/quality (unclear follow-through) — I tried to ask about work quality and team dynamics, but the answers felt indirect and didn’t address concerns directly. Outcome: No offer; clear communication and direct answers seemed important to how the interview went.
