ENGIE Robotics Engineer interview experience

From the start, they were well-mannered and the general interaction felt polite, but one of the interviewers was clearly busy on a laptop during parts of the conversation.

The call still happened, but it felt a bit awkward because there wasn’t much effort to make me feel genuinely engaged. Afterward, I would’ve appreciated a clearer rejection email, especially since I had already heard back from a different company with a more competitive offer. Even though the interview itself wasn’t hostile, the lack of communication around the decision was disappointing.
