My first interview was in French and felt very aligned with the job description.

They asked about my motivations and kept coming back to my fit for the responsibilities listed in the role. The manager spent a lot of time explaining the position in detail, which actually helped me understand what they expected day to day.

After that, I spoke with HR to finalize the hiring process. The overall experience felt smooth and organized, and I appreciated that the recruiter side and the manager side were communicating clearly about what came next.
