I went through two rounds, and they were pretty distinct in what they were trying to learn.

In the first round, it was a live coding session with .NET-based questions, and I had to write code while sharing my screen. There were two coding problems, so I couldn’t just coast on one.

The second round shifted into a more managerial mode, with scenario-based questions. The interview level overall felt good—challenging enough to matter, but not overwhelming in a way that felt chaotic. I walked away feeling like the structure matched what they were evaluating.
