I went through four rounds total, and the process included a technical take-home assignment.

Even though the overall interviews felt relaxed, the workload still took real effort.

The take-home technical work wasn’t overly difficult from a pure technical standpoint, but it was the hardest part in terms of time and focus. What really affected me was what happened after: the hiring manager went quiet and I stayed in the dark without a clear official rejection or acceptance. It left the experience feeling neutral overall, because I had put in substantial work and didn’t get closure.
