ENGIE Software Engineer interview experience

Prior to that, there was a phone screen, and the overall experience didn’t feel special—more like they followed a process and kept it simple.

One detail that stood out to me was a question they required a 30-word minimum response for. It made the conversation feel a little rigid, but the interview itself stayed focused on getting answers that were clear and within the expected format. I completed it without it feeling impossible, but it didn’t lead to an offer.
