I went through an HR interview followed by an operational round, and the whole thing went well enough that it didn’t feel hostile or disorganized.

The experience stayed positive, and I remember it as a process that got discussed with clear feedback—especially around strengths and weaknesses.

That said, I didn’t feel the job matched my expectations as closely as I’d hoped. Because of that mismatch, we didn’t push the process further. I left with a decent impression of how the conversations went, but the fit wasn’t quite right, so nothing progressed to an offer.
