I ended up in a long interview day that felt like it was built to probe me from multiple angles.

It ran for a full afternoon and involved employees from different areas, so the questions weren’t just about my background—they shifted depending on who I was talking to. Most of what I got was situational in nature, with scenarios meant to see how I’d react and think through ambiguity.

By the time it wrapped up, I was basically told whether I’d passed or not, without a lot of extra ceremony. It was intense mainly because of the sheer number of conversations in one block and how much focus there was on specific situations rather than general discussion.
