Emma (UK) Marketing Analytics Specialist interview experience

After that, they sent me a “marketing challenge” with multiple exercises. The challenge wasn’t small, and I remember feeling uncertain about the role even before I saw the work they wanted from me.

That uncertainty turned into a decision to stop right after the co-founder interview—I didn’t complete the challenge. Looking back, what stood out most was how extremely high the expectations felt, and how little it seemed like they understood the realities of marketing work. The whole experience left me questioning whether we were aligned on what the job actually required.
