All the interviews were in English, and the process started with a first round with a recruiting lead to check whether my profile matched what the company wanted.

After that, I moved to a more technical second round that included the team lead and a marketing expert.

Once those two rounds went well enough to pass, the plan became two additional rounds. Even though the exact content of the later rounds wasn’t described in my experience, the early sequence already felt like it was designed to evaluate both fit and marketing-specific thinking. The overall difficulty was marked as difficult, and it matched the feeling that the process wasn’t meant to be casual—it was thorough and role-focused from the start. I didn’t end up with an offer.
