After I got feedback on my curriculum within a few days, I was emailed to schedule an interview.

On the day of the meeting, nobody showed up, and I couldn’t get in touch with them afterward.

I kept trying to reach out—sending emails and calling—but I was basically ignored. The lack of response made the situation feel completely unprofessional because it wasn’t just a delay; it was a complete drop-off.

I never made it to an interview conversation at all, and there was no offer. The reflection I had was that even when the early steps move quickly, a process falls apart fast when communication and follow-through disappear.
