Electronic Arts QA Automation Engineer interview experience

The process was described as fairly simple and the environment felt calm.

One of the key pieces was a 1v1 screening with a technical director, which stood out because it made the technical evaluation feel direct rather than vague. From there, the panel interview continued the same theme, and the whole thing moved along without being overly complicated.

I ended up with an offer. The main impression I kept was how the questions stayed fairly grounded, and how the steps were presented as relatively simple compared to more chaotic hiring flows.
