My process started with an HR contact who said the hiring conversation would be with the head developer from China.

The scheduling part was straightforward, but the execution was rough because I couldn’t understand most of what was being said.

Right after that HR step, I had the technical interview. I wasn’t prepared for the way it was run, and the communication barrier made it even harder to follow along.

I didn’t get an offer, and even though the process got to a technical stage quickly, I mostly walked away feeling like the conversation details were poorly matched to what I was ready for and what I could actually understand in real time.
