My EA process moved fast at first.

I got an HR interview just a day after applying, and I was asked whether I could do the interview ASAP. The next stage was scheduled the following day for an H&M interview.

The first question I remember after the intro was “why us.” The hiring manager didn’t like my answer and came across as arrogant and not happy with my response, and they kept interrupting me while I was trying to explain.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly the experience left me feeling dismissed rather than evaluated. Even though the timeline was quick, the tone of that final round made it hard to believe my answers
