My recruiter interaction kicked things off, and then I got a technical interview that mixed C++ questions with problem-design style prompts.

The format included screen sharing, but it didn’t feel like I had to be overly precise in every detail just to survive the mechanics of the call.

What made the interview feel more manageable was that the interviewers actively guided me through the reasoning. When I got stuck or wasn’t sure how to structure my approach, they supported with direction rather than leaving me completely on my own. I also remember getting feedback earlier than I expected, with explanations rather than a vague pass/fail.

In the end, I received an offer. More than anything, I appreciated that feedback was timely
