My EA interview felt refreshingly friendly and straightforward.

The people I spoke with came across as genuinely communicative and understanding, and I noticed early on that they cared about making the process feel clear instead of vague.

The vibe was one of transparency, which made a difference as things moved along. The overall experience left me feeling comfortable, and I had the sense that expectations were being managed rather than hidden.

I did receive an offer, and honestly what I remember most is the tone—both the communication and the general feel of how the process ran.
