My EA process moved quickly and felt efficient.

It took about two weeks end to end, and it included an online assignment, an interview with two software engineers, and then an HR interview.

The people I met were very kind, and I remember how much that comfort mattered once the timeline started moving fast. The whole sequence didn’t drag, and it felt like they were keeping things moving while still evaluating me.

I received an offer, and honestly the biggest reflection I had was how comfortable I felt throughout—being treated respectfully made the short, intense timeline much easier to handle.
