My EA process involved two rounds with a panel of people, and the panel composition felt well thought out: there were future team members, related team members, and even future managers.

The conversations came across as grounded and role-relevant.

Throughout the process, the talent acquisition team gave strong guidance—from the first screening call through follow-ups. That support made the experience feel organized rather than like I was navigating it blindly.

I received an offer, and what I’d point to as my main reflection was how much clarity I got from recruiting; it reduced uncertainty even when the process itself still took effort.
