My interview process felt like the standard one: not overly complicated, but definitely not effortless either.

I was asked about the technicalities of the job and what I’d done so far, and a lot of the conversation seemed to connect directly to the work I’d already completed.

It wasn’t a test of random trivia. The focus was more about my actual history and how that prior work mapped to the role they had in mind. I left with the sense that they were judging depth and relevance rather than just potential.

Even though the experience felt fair, I didn’t end up with an offer. Overall, it was a solid interview journey, but it didn’t translate into a final result for me.
