I applied through campus placements, and the EA process was broken into clear rounds.

First there was an online assessment that was different for every participant, then a technical interview that asked about projects and also included pseudocode, and then an HR interview.

The technical part leaned on explaining what I’d done before and how I approached problem-solving with code-like thinking, not just theory. The HR stage came after that and served as the final conversational checkpoint.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but the process felt coherent from round to round, with the technical steps tied to my project experience.
