My interviews centered on general questions about my CV and previous experience, with a clear focus on game industry background rather than creative PM experience in other genres.

The difficulty was described as easy, and that matched the vibe of the conversation.

The thing that bothered me wasn’t the questions—it was how information moved between an external HR company and internal stakeholders. The handoff wasn’t clear, and it felt like key context didn’t get shared cleanly.

I received an offer. Still, I remember thinking that the communication gap could have made the process confusing even if the interviews themselves went smoothly.
