I applied online and the process felt unusually well organized, even though it stretched out to almost 1.5 months.

After an initial screening interview, I went through a phone screen, and then a competency interview. The recruiter was genuinely friendly throughout, and I never felt like I was being dragged along blindly.

Overall, it had that clear “step-by-step” rhythm—nothing felt chaotic or improvised. I came away thinking the logistics were handled well, even if I wasn’t able to move forward to an offer.
