My interview process followed a pretty standard four-step structure: HR screening, then a hiring manager call, then a behavioral panel, and finally a technical panel.

The whole thing, though, was hard to navigate because the HR point of contact was terrible.

I was given almost no information in advance and couldn’t get clear answers about what would happen. I ended up going in for a lot of the process blind, which made the experience feel stressful even before the technical and behavioral parts.

In the end I didn’t get an offer. My reflection was that the technical evaluations were only one part of it—the lack of communication and guidance changed how I felt the entire time.
