My EA process felt very informal, and the whole thing was more about getting to know me as a person while still assessing relevant technical skills.

The interview environment was comfortable, and the interviewers were friendly in a way that helped me perform without feeling pressured.

Rather than trying to make everything feel like a high-stakes grilling, the conversations stayed grounded and approachable. I remember leaving each step feeling like I could explain my thinking naturally.

I ended up getting an offer. My reflection was that the relaxed tone didn’t mean they weren’t evaluating—it just made the evaluation feel more human and less adversarial.
