I interviewed for the Financial Analyst role and it felt like a traditional, multi-step evaluation that emphasized scenario thinking, sales behaviors, and preparation.

Phone screen with talent/recruiting — a call covering background plus scenario-style questions.
Face-to-face with a hiring team member / financial advisor — questions about education and job history, plus “tell me about this scenario” style prompts.
On-demand recording interview (as applicable) — prompts delivered digitally with a set window to submit responses.
Business planning activity — a planning exercise to demonstrate how I’d approach the role.
Virtual assessment / simulation — a performance-based activity designed to evaluate sales/closing behaviors.
