Kansas City, MOPosted Aug 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for a Financial Analyst role at Edward Jones with a process that felt open and friendly, but definitely multi-step and prep-heavy around licensing requirements.

Initial interviews and partner meetings — I started with an initial interview, then met senior/managing partners to gauge interest and learn more about expectations.
Requirements exploration — I discussed what it would take to become a licensed insurance agent as part of the pathway.

Outcome: I didn’t get the offer, and the takeaway was that you’re evaluated not only on interest but on readiness for the licensing/role requirements.
