Edward Jones Financial Analyst interview experience

• Phone screening — I completed an initial screen and covered my background.
• In-person interview — I followed up in person with additional questions, including a focus on persistence.
• Role-focused test/simulation — I completed a test step that looked like an assessment of how I’d perform in the work context.
• Background check and wrap-up — I went through a lengthy background-check portion.

Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway was that the process is designed to filter for stamina as much as skills.
