I went through an early, recorded-video step that felt opaque and uneven, followed by the usual longer behavioral/role-fit process.

Recorded video screening — A virtual interview with canned prompts where I recorded answers up front; in one case there was no recruiter or hiring-manager follow-up to clarify what happens to the recording.
Virtual recorded Q&A — Another recorded round with short time limits per prompt (with the ability to pause/save while answering) and a small number of responses to submit. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, mainly because the recorded stage felt like a frustrating “black box” without clear candidate-experience support.
