Initial screening / recruiting — Early screeners and meetings that introduced the work and the expectations.
Advisor interviews — Multiple conversations with current financial advisors focused on fit and dedication.
Day-in-the-life simulator (final evaluation) — A comprehensive, several-hour practical assessment where I had to stay engaged the entire time and apply the role creatively.
