I interviewed for the Financial Analyst role and the process was thorough and time-consuming—especially because the end included long logistics and uneven follow-through.

Initial screening sequence — I started with phone and/or in-person interviews plus instructions leading into subsequent rounds.
Business plan activity — I was asked to complete a planning exercise as part of the evaluation.
Local advisor interview — an additional conversation with an advisor before the final immersive step.
“Day in the life” assessment/simulator — a 3.5+ hour phone/email/computer-based simulation that measured sales/closing and real-time execution.
Final HR interview and wrap-up — a concluding interview plus scheduling/availability
