My EDF process culminated in an assessment day with practical exercises and technical discussion, which made the whole experience feel more challenging than a standard interview loop.

Online/initial assessment — I completed an online assessment before speaking with recruiters.
Telephone interview — a call where competency questions and general technical interest were evaluated.
Assessment day — I did practicals/presentation work and then a 1:1 interview; the later technical conversation covered EPR-related content and my interest in the role.
Outcome: I didn’t move forward; the day combined structured evaluation with real technical emphasis.
