I had a more straightforward EDF path focused on CV background and fit, with limited stages and a typical recruiter-led style.

Recruiter screen — I spoke with a recruiter in a standard, friendly conversation about my background and why the role matched; it felt professional but I didn’t hear back afterward.
Recruitment interview (40-minute, cross-questioning) — I was told about the company first, then pressed on details from my CV with deeper follow-ups; I also had time to ask my own questions. Outcome: No offer, and my takeaway was that these early steps were largely about communication and alignment rather than live technical evaluation.
